What you CAN NOT Do:
- You CANNOT redistribute any of our art or clipart of Creative Sublimation Designs
or claim the design(s) as your own.
- You CANNOT deconstruct or alter any of the graphics
-You CANNOT repackage. resell or combine with other graphics (unless to sell end products),
- You CANNOT have the design copied by another artist whether digitally or hand drawn or painted
- You CANNOT recolour the design (we do accept recolour request if there is enough interest)
- You CANNOT resell as printed transfers of any description via POD (Print On Demand) or
Drop shipping services.

What you CAN Do:
- Small/ Home-based businesses - you are allowed to use the artwork/clipart to create
PHYSICAL/END PRODUCTS ie. items like (shirts, cups, signs, cards, decal etc.) and sell them
subsequently (maximum of 1000 items) on your Facebook Page/Group, Etsy, Ebay, Marketplaces,
Your Own Websites etc.... Please contact us if your need a larger license or maybe a company wants to bulk
order your products? Firstly Well Done! Secondly pop us a message.

What you are Getting:
- The original image will be supplied without a watermark
- This file is designed for print on paper supplies ie: Cards, Stationary etc.. or for Sublimation.

What you NEED to use the Artwork:
-    These images require you to use software such as for example: PhotoShop,. Adobe Illustrator,
CorelDraw, Inkscape, Gimp, Affinity etc. for Sublimation. For Paper Printing Word, Office, Adobe or equivalent.
Our Terms:
- By purchasing artwork(s)/clipart(s)/Clipart Sets from Creative Sublimation Designs you agree to use
this artwork by one person with a non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal & small
commercial use only. If you are buying to gift to someone please let us know who on purchase.
- All digital file sales are final and non-refundable. In the unlikely event of a file error we will
work with you to resolve any problems. This will be with replacement/amended files & Goodwill Gesture.

- Please note: Creative Sublimation Design sometimes use a combination of our own designs. Collaboration
Artists and Commercial use clipart purchased from other artists.
We are in possession of the relevant licenses and always liaise with our artists to ensure all of their
terms and conditions are met in full.
- All graphics always remain the property of the original artist,
- Each person using these images MUST have their own receipt of purchase for use.
Lastly....Please WATERMARK any images as per our Terms of Use, this is to protect your
purchase and our artwork.
Anyone found not watermarking will lose rights to use the artwork purchased.
